Project set-up and early delivery
I lead the early stages of new initiatives, helping organisations move ideas into reality.
I translate between strategic ambition, governance requirements, funder expectations and delivery requirements. I turn complexity into clear, practical work plans, budgets, governance papers and delivery contracts for partners, boards and stakeholders.
The focus is early buy-in and momentum, anticipating and reducing risk, supporting good decision-making, and building confidence with critical stakeholders.
Coordinating complex project delivery
I support organisations where delivery challenges emerge not from lack of intent, but from structural complexity.
These projects often sit across teams, departments, or organisations and require focused leadership to align stakeholders, clarify pathways forward, sustain progress and build momentum.
Delivery transition and advisory support
As projects mature and internal project leaders step in, I offer structured, time-bound advisory support.
This is coaching and capability-building work - sharing context, unpacking delivery dynamics, and supporting your new leaders to make confident decisions that drive continuous progress.
